I'm Sydney Wiecking and I'm grateful to have been shaped by living, learning and experiencing life in Hawaii. I have a deep appreciation for diversity and my life has been always enriched by our multi-cultural communities. I believe in dreams and partner with my clients to make theirs real.
As much as we'd like to believe that life and relationships are static, the truth is we live in a time of great uncertainty. Time honored practices and processes are no longer relevant; individuals and corporations are challenged to discover and implement new ways of thinking about relationships, roles and responsibilities. This new environment demands flexibility, rapid response, and creativity. As we journey forward, we seek out individuals who can help us to see and react to a changing world.
The key to addressing these challenges is recognizing the intentions and aspirations that shape your work within the context of being a whole person. I use my own experiences, training and wisdom, coupled with a variety of assessment tools and models, to bring forth insights, perhaps unseen, that enable my clients to see their lives in new ways.
My practice encompasses a few different disciplines. I am incredibly passionate about coaching and leadership development. When it comes to coaching I focus on Executive, Personal and Group Coaching, each having their own unique approach and flow.
Within the world of Leadership, I offer Organizational Training and Teen Leadership Development. I'm fortunate to serve both large organizations in their pursuit to empower their future leaders as well as helping foster the spark of passion in our teens as they become the leaders of tomorrow.
I always look to bring both a passion and a commitment to the process of growth and transformation. After years of working with both individuals and teams as they navigate change, I've cultivated experience working globally in education, leadership development and executive coaching. Working with my clients, our mission is to be a catalyst for change. I am on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute leading their public and corporate courses.
