I define a leader as someone who takes responsibility for consciously creating their world, NOT by title or role. My work with teens and adults is founded on the Five Dimensional Leadership model from the Co-Active Training Institute. I find this model compelling and transformative. It focuses on empowering people to become conscious of their impact and to make choices that are aligned with their vision, values and the relationships in their lives. Leadership Development begs the question "Who am I and how will I impact the world around me?"
Especially today, organizations depend on people for their development, growth and success. Teen Leadership is founded on the idea of being dynamic and serving any community interested in supporting our young people and more importantly, teenagers who are craving to be the change they'd like to see in the world.
