My work as a coach is founded on the Co-Active model. I believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I partner with my clients to dream big, determine their goals, design their plan and understand who they are becoming in the process. So much of our world sees success determined by what we do. I believe understanding our “why” and that recognizing our unique strengths and gifts provides the passion and grit needed to make our vision real.
What does it look like to work together? How does coaching align with my work as a whole? I hear these questions all the time, but the good news is I'm here to chat. Let's sit down and talk about what intrigues about coaching and where you are trying to go. I'm sure we can a find a way there together.
At the outset of our relationship clients are asked to complete a questionnaire and meet with me for a Discovery Session. You'll learn more about me and my approach while I get to know you and the vision you have for your life as well as the impact you want to have in your organization.
Executive and Leadership Coaching take many forms and we take care to shape your experience. Based on what you need, follow-ups using a 360 assessment, the MBTI and/or Strength Finders are possible. Typically, we meet at least twice a month for one hour coaching sessions. Wherever we end up with our format, the real focus is on your growth and success.
I believe a leader takes responsibility for contributing to and creating their world. A leader is intentional about impact and committed to developing relationships that support and empower individuals, teams, communities and organizations. I partner with clients to explore their leadership and to take on their development and challenges with passion and purpose.
Executive and Leadership Coaching focuses on the whole person with a particular emphasis on their impact as a leader. In order to bring forward our best selves, we have to pay attention to our sense of purpose, values, and the choices that leave us feeling fulfilled and energized by our life.

The first step of coaching is to learn more. Everyone starts by responding to a carefully crafted questionnaire that will help me to learn about you and your life. This questionnaire will be the foundation for our first meeting which I call the Discovery Session. This is where we will explore your values and vision, and establish goals in alignment with them. This is when your vision for your life become real. Together, we create what coaching for you will look like. To begin, we meet for coaching sessions at least every two weeks, or more regularly depending on your needs.
I often hear "Is coaching really right for me?" There's only one way to find out. Let's talk about what you interested in around coaching. We'll find the next steps that are right for you, even it's not with me.
Personal Coaching is a kinetic experience. You are given the tools and support to explore your purpose, values and vision for the life you want to create. Simply put, the coaching relationship is a catalyst. It is designed to ignite a well of passion within you. What starts as a spark becomes something greater. It not only creates the energy and commitment that moves you into action, it sustains it.
Are you interested in self-transformation while building a community of support and motivation? Already have a few people in mind or just curious about how this would look? Let's get connected and start a conversation. Who knows where it could lead.
Every member of the collective begins their journey by completing an initial questionnaire followed by an initial meeting with me. After the Group Discovery meetings have been wrapped up, the real fun begins as we come together as a group to connect, collaborate and support one another in taking the steps toward making their dream a reality.
I believe that growth stems from how we impact our world and is a powerful force within a community. If you're interested, leveraging Group Coaching provides an opportunity to work with other people who are committed to creating transformation in their lives. Participants have the opportunity to connect and share their dreams, while benefitting from the collective experience and wisdom of the group.
